What is Reality Based Martial Arts Training?

Reality based martial arts training is based on situations that people may find themselves in. This differs from traditional martial art and sports training as it is what you may face on the street today. These techniques are effective, practical and easy to learn.

There are no belts and uniforms as the training is informal so there is now bowing in or out. All students train together in a safe and fun environment. Beginners train with advanced in a safe and fun environment. Scenarios are based on situations you or someone you know may find themselves in. On top of the scenario training you receive, the class also offers a holistic approach to the mind and body and how they connect through joint mobility and stretching. These classes will empower you through with real world strategies and self confidence.
